During December 2024, Ankere developed and delivered a Bulgarian Phonetic Keyboard Layout for the pqrs-org/KE-complex_modifications repository, enabling users to input Bulgarian characters through intuitive phonetic mapping. Working primarily with XML and applying expertise in keyboard layout development and localization, Ankere focused on expanding multilingual accessibility and improving user experience for Bulgarian speakers. The implementation featured clean, well-documented commits, ensuring traceability and ease of future maintenance. No critical bugs were reported during this period, reflecting a focused approach on feature delivery. The work enhanced the repository’s internationalization capabilities and addressed the need for more inclusive keyboard configuration options.
