During February 2026, Assange delivered CarPlay MSAA localization for Traditional Chinese in the OsmAnd-iOS repository, enabling full accessibility support for Chinese (Traditional Han) users on CarPlay. He achieved complete translation coverage of 3,919 strings using Weblate, integrating the translations directly into the Swift-based iOS codebase. His work focused on aligning the CarPlay interface with MSAA accessibility standards, ensuring that all UI elements were accessible and usable for the target language group. This project demonstrated proficiency in iOS development and localization workflows, with a strong emphasis on accessibility and cross-team collaboration, though no major bug fixes were recorded during this period.
