The work involved creating new header files and makefile configurations, as well as implementing QCS615-specific conditional compilation to ensure accurate build paths for the platform. Documentation was updated to reflect QCS615 support and copyright years were refreshed to maintain project accuracy. Leveraged expertise in ARM architecture, embedded systems, and firmware development, utilizing C and Makefile to integrate the new platform and ensure maintainability within the existing firmware infrastructure.
