Developed a Personal Templates Library for the DayuanJiang/next-ai-draw-io repository, enabling users to efficiently create, manage, and reuse prompts within the chat interface. The solution featured a robust IndexedDB-backed storage layer and React-based UI components, supporting the full template lifecycle including creation, editing, deletion, copying, and direct sending. Additional enhancements included search, pinning, sorting, import and export functionality, and comprehensive localization across multiple languages. The implementation prioritized reliability and performance, addressing race conditions and ensuring robust data validation. Work was completed using JavaScript and TypeScript, with a focus on improving user productivity and supporting offline-first operation.
