Worked on the langgenius/dify-plugins repository to upgrade the markdown-chunker dependency to version 2.1.7, focusing on improving the reliability of markdown processing within the plugin ecosystem. The approach involved careful package management using JavaScript, ensuring backward compatibility while addressing reliability risks associated with older versions. Leveraged semantic versioning and git-based traceability to document the upgrade process and coordinate changes across repositories. No user-facing defects were reported, and the update enhanced the stability of markdown rendering, reducing downstream support needs. This work established a foundation for future markdown-related enhancements and demonstrated attention to impact-focused documentation and cross-team collaboration.
