Worked on enhancing the DSpace/dspace-angular repository by refactoring the submission section visibility logic within the Angular-based UI. Focused on improving the reliability and maintainability of the submission flow, the work introduced a centralized SectionScope mechanism to accurately control which submission sections are displayed in both workspace and workflow contexts. This approach reduced user confusion and addressed edge-case bugs by ensuring visibility rules align with the current submission process. Utilizing TypeScript and front-end development best practices, the changes strengthened the stability of the submission experience and laid a foundation for future feature extensions within the DSpace Angular application.
