Focused on CLI development and package management, the work standardized skill distribution and established baseline packaging standards to support scalable ecosystem growth. The initial release included Orthogonal.APM 0.1.0, tightly integrated with the new manager and distributed using YAML for configuration. Emphasis was placed on packaging quality and cross-team collaboration to ensure consistency across agent platforms. No major defects were reported, reflecting a careful approach to software distribution and governance during the feature rollout.
