Slin addressed Unicode decoding issues in CMake cache scripts, resolving CP950 decoding errors that previously caused build failures and disrupted CI reliability. By implementing cross-repo fixes and ensuring parity between major Zephyr forks, Slin streamlined the patch workflow and improved developer productivity.
