Worked on upgrading the testing infrastructure for the operaton/operaton repository by implementing Testcontainers 2.x, focusing on improving container management for integration tests. The approach involved aligning and updating test dependencies using Java and XML to ensure compatibility and enhance reliability across the continuous integration pipeline. This upgrade addressed historical issues with flaky test runs, resulting in more stable and maintainable CI workflows. Although no major bugs were fixed during this period, the work contributed to faster feedback cycles and easier maintenance for future development. Demonstrated skills included dependency management, automated testing, and collaborative improvements to the project’s testing environment.
