During April 2025, contributed to the hoppscotch/hoppscotch repository by implementing UI truncation for secret environment variable values within the Secrets UI. This work focused on enhancing layout stability and readability when displaying long secrets, utilizing the existing truncate CSS utility to prevent overflow and maintain a clean interface. The change was delivered as a single, well-scoped commit, aligning with the project’s design system and minimizing risk to other components. Leveraging frontend development and UI/UX skills with CSS and Vue, the update improved the user experience for developers managing secrets while ensuring future maintainability and consistency across the application.
