During December 2024, Autodev delivered a stable plugin release for the microsoft/azure-tools-for-java repository, transitioning the project from version 3.94.0-SNAPSHOT to the production-ready 3.94.0. This work involved updating Gradle property files to remove the snapshot designation, ensuring the plugin met release engineering and CI/CD requirements for stable distribution. Autodev focused on build management and version control, leveraging Gradle to streamline the release process and improve customer adoption by providing a reliable, production-grade plugin. While no major bugs were addressed during this period, the work demonstrated a methodical approach to release management and versioning within a large-scale Java project.
