Worked on packaging and release automation for the qishibo/winget-pkgs repository, focusing on Windows Package Manager entries. Developed and configured two new package releases: OpenSCAD Nightly and Nicotine+ 3.3.6, using YAML for manifest definition and package management. Automated versioning, installer metadata, and locale handling to streamline distribution and ensure accurate, localized installer experiences for end users. Emphasized consistency in release metadata across both packages, reducing manual intervention and supporting reliable automated updates. The work leveraged configuration management skills to improve the packaging workflow, enabling smoother winget distribution and enhancing the overall user experience with precise, up-to-date package information.
