Introduced a stale issue workflow with GitHub Actions to automatically surface inactive issues and reduce backlog clutter. Updated the README and contributing guidelines to clarify onboarding and contribution procedures, supporting higher quality submissions. These improvements, implemented in Python and integrated with the Neuron SDK 2.28.0 release, focused on reducing triage time, improving issue lifecycle management, and accelerating future development cycles for the project.
