Worked on the Meeds-io/matrix repository to enhance development workflows by introducing CI/CD automation and standardizing pull request processes. Developed and implemented GitHub Actions workflows using YAML to automate pull request builds and notifications, which accelerated feedback loops and improved team collaboration. Added a pull request template to enforce consistent commit messages and streamline issue tracking, laying the groundwork for clearer traceability and scalable automation. Focused on workflow automation and collaboration tooling, the work stabilized the development process, enabled faster merges, and established patterns that can be extended to additional repositories. No major bugs were addressed during this period.
