Ayepwint Phyu focused on improving data quality in the cncf/people repository by standardizing the location format within the People.json file. Using skills in data management and file editing, Ayepwint addressed inconsistencies that previously caused downstream parsing errors and unreliable analytics. The work involved carefully editing JSON data to enforce a uniform structure, which now enables more consistent processing and reporting for member profiles. Although the contribution was targeted to a single bug fix rather than feature development, the change enhanced repository reliability for analytics teams and downstream consumers, demonstrating attention to detail and a methodical approach to data hygiene.
