Worked on stabilizing the HTTPFacilitatorClient integration within the coinbase/x402 repository, focusing on improving startup reliability across different runtimes. Addressed issues with HTTP 308 redirects by normalizing base URLs and ensuring all fetch calls explicitly followed redirects, which reduced silent startup failures and aligned behavior across environments. Enhanced the API development process by adding comprehensive tests for URL normalization and redirect handling, preventing future regressions. Utilized TypeScript for full stack development and testing, linking changes directly to tracked issues and commits. The work emphasized deterministic facilitator load paths, contributing to more robust and predictable application startup and integration workflows.
