Refactored the Developer Setup README using Markdown to streamline local development, corrected a mis-typed URL, and standardized Docker Compose capitalization to reduce confusion during setup. Improved formatting of the .env file with backticks for better readability, ensuring contributors can follow environment configuration steps more easily. Emphasized documentation quality and readability throughout the process, laying a foundation for future enhancements. No bugs were fixed during this period, with all efforts directed toward documentation-driven improvements and onboarding experience.
