During October 2023, Baijiaruo focused on enhancing data reliability in the cubefs/cubefs repository by addressing a critical issue in the backup write path. Working primarily with Go and backend development, Baijiaruo corrected the handling of the isBackupWrite parameter within the ExtentStore.Write flow, ensuring that backup operations are processed accurately and reducing the risk of data inconsistencies. Alongside this targeted bug fix, Baijiaruo improved code readability and maintainability in the backup write logic, making future changes less error-prone. The work demonstrated careful attention to detail and contributed to the overall stability and integrity of backup operations in cubefs.
