During February 2025, Toyin Ajani developed a new Historic England consultation field for the Planning-Inspectorate/appeal-planning-decision repository, enabling explicit tracking of Historic England’s involvement in planning appeals. This work involved designing and implementing a database migration to store consultation data, updating API types and form definitions to support the new field, and temporarily adjusting questionnaire ordering to integrate the feature with minimal user disruption.
