Over a two-month period, contributed targeted features to open source projects focused on device integration and backend reliability. For shadps4-emu/ext-SDL, developed Flydigi VADER 4 Pro controller support by integrating a HIDAPI-based driver in C, enabling SDL to recognize and map the controller’s buttons, axes, and sensors for improved cross-platform compatibility. Later, enhanced MHSanaei/3x-ui by implementing IPv6 hostname parsing for subscription endpoints in Go, ensuring correct URL formatting and reducing network errors. The work demonstrated depth in driver development, embedded systems, and backend engineering, with a focus on robust, standards-compliant solutions rather than bug fixes.
