Technical writing and software integration skills were applied to implement severity mapping from Invicti to DefectDojo, streamlining risk assessment and triage processes. Expanded documentation addressed handling confirmed versus unconfirmed findings and deduplication for large-scale scans, supporting scalable enterprise usage. The enhancements aimed to reduce onboarding time and support load, with all efforts concentrated on documentation rather than bug fixes during this period.
