Worked on stabilizing the vLLM-based reasoning workflow in the moltbot/moltbot repository by addressing a critical edge case in response parsing. Delivered a targeted fix that prevents hangs when the tool_calls array is empty, thereby improving the reliability of automated tool orchestration and enhancing the user experience during conversational interactions. The solution was implemented as a robust patch, merged collaboratively after thorough code review. Demonstrated technical proficiency in TypeScript, full stack development, and testing, while also engaging in Python and Git-based debugging. This work laid the foundation for more resilient LLM interactions and contributed to cross-team engineering collaboration.
