Addressed cross-platform inconsistencies by standardizing path separators to forward slashes, ensuring reliable behavior across Windows and Linux environments. Enhanced Markdown rendering for AI guidelines and skill snippets, replacing HTML comments with structured headings to improve navigation and document clarity. Implemented changes to guarantee that generated skill files always end with a trailing newline, reducing unnecessary diffs and aligning with formatting standards. Expanded test coverage to validate these updates and prevent regressions in future development.
