Worked on stabilizing the MLIR dialect build process within the espressif/llvm-project repository by addressing a persistent build dependency issue. Focused on build system configuration using Bazel, the developer identified and resolved a missing dependency on EmitCTransforms in the cc_library rule, which had been causing recurring MLIR build failures. The solution involved updating the BUILD.bazel file and validating the fix through local Bazel builds and pull request alignment, thereby reducing the risk of future build breakages. This work improved CI reliability and ensured that the build configuration accurately reflected project dependencies, supporting smoother updates to the MLIR dialect components.
