Worked on the Backbase/backbase-openapi-tools repository to deliver end-to-end CI/CD automation and strengthen release governance. Developed a comprehensive pipeline using GitHub Actions, integrating automated testing, security scans, and dependency management to streamline the build and release process. Enhanced the release workflow by implementing version synchronization, POM-tag validation, and base-branch handling, while also enabling manual release retries for greater flexibility. Addressed a critical Java 8 date/time serialization issue in the APIJS Handlebars template to ensure accurate data handling. Leveraged Java, Maven, and shell scripting to reduce manual intervention, accelerate releases, and improve overall reliability across the project’s tooling stack.
