Bavyasri developed a TV Content Rotation feature with a Panel Dashboard for the Illini-Media-Company/central-backend repository, enabling automated rotation of video and news panels across display screens. Using Flask, HTML, and JavaScript, Bavyasri implemented backend logic for dynamic panel selection and configurable rotation intervals, while also updating view templates to support the new functionality. The dashboard allows users to select which panels appear and set rotation schedules, streamlining content management and reducing manual updates. All changes were documented with clear templates and disciplined version control, resulting in a maintainable, extensible backend feature that supports scalable, dynamic content curation.
