Worked on the valkey-io/valkey repository to modernize test failure management by removing the legacy test failure detector workflow and migrating issue handling to the valkey-ci-agent. This transition leveraged CI/CD and DevOps practices, utilizing GitHub Actions and YAML to enable AI-driven analysis of test failures while maintaining per-job visibility through artifact collection. The approach preserved uninterrupted daily failure data and laid the foundation for automated root-cause analysis and scalable cross-repository collaboration. All changes were carefully documented and aligned with related pull requests, ensuring a smooth migration and minimizing risk of data gaps during the shift to the new workflow.
