Worked on stabilizing the sales processing workflow in the totvs/winthor-smart-hub-layouts repository by addressing a critical issue in the queue reprocessing logic. Focused on backend development and API configuration, the solution involved updating sale records and triggering reprocessing when an external ID was present, ensuring accurate reconciliation with external systems. This fix, implemented using JSON for data handling, allowed for the automated removal of completed sales from the processing queue. The work reduced manual intervention, improved data integrity, and accelerated order closure, demonstrating a methodical approach to incident response and collaborative problem-solving within a complex backend environment.
