During May 2025, Tian Mi focused on improving code quality in the grpc/grpc-java repository by addressing terminology consistency issues within the Java codebase. Their work centered on reviewing and correcting typographical errors in in-code comments, specifically standardizing the use of "RPC" and "gRPC" across configuration and stream handling sections as well as the XDS package description. Utilizing skills in code review and documentation, Tian Mi contributed a targeted bug fix that enhanced clarity for future maintainers. While no new features were developed during this period, their attention to detail helped ensure more accurate and maintainable Java documentation throughout the project.
