Ben localized the KOReader User Guide into Traditional Chinese, contributing to the koreader/koreaderhub.io.git repository. Over the course of a month, he translated 240 strings, covering 12.2% of the documentation and improving accessibility for Chinese-speaking users. Ben used Weblate and Git to manage the translation workflow, integrating internationalization (i18n) practices and PO file management to ensure consistency and scalability. His work focused on content management and documentation, addressing the need for better onboarding in the KOReader ecosystem. While the contribution was limited in scope, it laid a foundation for further localization and enhanced the project’s global reach.
