In recallnet/ipc, upgraded the hoku-contracts submodule to the latest external contracts version to unlock potential enhancements and fixes, with no internal code changes in this diff. In recallnet/rust-recall, completed Ignition network integration for the CLI/SDK, including updates to testnet endpoints, hostnames, RPC URLs, and EVM addresses to enable Ignition testnet connectivity; fixed Ignition no-parent errors by configuring proper supply source address; and set Ignition as the default CLI network with accompanying docs updates. These changes reduce onboarding friction, improve test-network reliability, and lay groundwork for upcoming features with external contracts and Ignition network support.
