During April 2025, Berat Robot initialized the Genesis module in the chainwayxyz/citrea-e2e repository, delivering foundational scaffolding and essential files to support future development. He focused on establishing a standardized project layout and repository hygiene, which streamlines onboarding and accelerates downstream feature work. Berat applied skills in Go development, build system configuration, and project initialization, using Go and Makefile to create a maintainable codebase. Although no bugs were fixed during this period, his work laid the groundwork for future enhancements by ensuring a clean, organized structure that facilitates collaboration and supports the long-term maintainability of the Genesis module.
