Developed a modular navigation system for the penske-media-corp/pmc-larva repository, focusing on improving navigation reliability and maintainability. The work involved creating navigation-item and navigation modules, along with corresponding Twig prototypes, and refactoring CSS to address fatal errors and rendering issues. By introducing a new architectural structure for navigation, the developer enabled easier future enhancements and reduced the risk of navigation-related failures. Utilizing skills in CSS, JavaScript, and front end development, the changes stabilized page rendering and improved user navigation. This foundational work set the stage for scalable navigation features and enhanced the overall robustness of the codebase.
