In May 2025, Betafcc developed a resource readiness tracking feature for the epilot-dev/sdk-js repository, focusing on improving visibility and management of imported resources. Leveraging TypeScript and applying skills in API design and data modeling, Betafcc introduced new component-definition fields to store ready resource URLs and arrays of ready resource IDs. This approach enabled explicit tracking of user-marked ready resources, streamlining reporting and lifecycle management. The feature addressed a specific product need for readiness state tracking, laying the foundation for future analytics and dashboard integration. The work demonstrated thoughtful schema extension and practical workflow enhancements within a modern TypeScript codebase.
