Worked on the openshift/release repository to modernize and streamline CI infrastructure, focusing on developer experience and reliability. Consolidated AMS CI images and introduced new supplemental images with updated Go, linting, and testing tools, leveraging containerization and YAML for configuration. Enhanced compatibility with OpenShift by addressing ownership and UID issues, enabling rootless and UID-specified execution for more robust builds. Implemented BuildConfig-driven image triggers to automate deployments and standardized tooling across AMS and OpenShift environments. These efforts reduced CI flakiness, accelerated feedback loops, and lowered maintenance overhead, demonstrating strong skills in CI/CD, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices using Go and Shell.
