May 2025 focused on delivering scalable geospatial visualization and real-time alerting capabilities across two DMS products, emphasizing business value through improved situational awareness, faster incident creation, and maintainable architecture. Delivered a reusable Map component (React-Leaflet) deployed across Spero-DMS AlertPanel and DMS client, including Goa boundaries and a multi-screen setup served by Nginx. Implemented real-time weather alerts via WebSocket with endpoints /send_data and /ws/weather-alerts to broadcast data and fetch alerts. Enhanced DMS-GOA with HERE-based mapping flows, shared map context, and UI refinements to support incident creation, dispatch, and geocoding workflows. Improved Windy map widget styling/integration for dispatch module and added a Create Incident map with HERE geocoding, address suggestions, and draggable marker. Consolidated map state into a shared context and integrated HERE Maps APIs, with successful resolution of reverse geocoding issues and synchronization between manual search and map interactions.
