Worked on spectrocloud/CanvOS to enhance UKI build stability and Kubernetes compatibility by implementing conditional cgroup v2 boot argument injection. Developed logic in Dockerfile to ensure cgroup v2 is injected only for UKI builds, with careful handling of SELinux requirements. This approach aligned boot-time arguments with Kubernetes expectations, reducing boot-argument failures and improving deployment pipeline reliability. The feature was validated through continuous integration and peer review, preparing it for downstream integration testing. Leveraged skills in containerization, DevOps, and Kubernetes to deliver a targeted solution that strengthened security posture and streamlined the UKI build workflow within the CanvOS repository.
