Worked on stabilizing Windows packaging and test infrastructure across the pytorch/vision and intel/torch-xpu-ops repositories, focusing on Python build systems and Windows systems programming. Addressed Windows-specific issues by correcting version file path handling in PyTorch Vision, ensuring version metadata was reliably written and reducing release risks. Improved test execution reliability for intel/torch-xpu-ops by replacing os.system with subprocess.run in the test launcher, overcoming Windows command-line length limitations and enabling accurate execution of large skip lists. These targeted bug fixes enhanced cross-platform consistency, improved CI stability, and ensured that both packaging and testing workflows functioned reliably on Windows environments.
