During January 2025, Blinku Dev focused on repository management for the grafana/quickpizza project by implementing a CODEOWNERS file to establish clear code ownership and governance. Using Git and repository governance best practices, Blinku designated the @grafana/k6-cloud-provisioning team as owners for all files, which improved accountability and streamlined the code review process. This change laid a scalable foundation for contributor onboarding and safer deployments, while also supporting compliance through an auditable commit history. The work demonstrated proficiency in repository management and cross-team collaboration, addressing the need for transparent ownership and efficient review workflows without introducing new features or bug fixes.
