Worked on the vllm-project/vllm-gaudi repository to modernize CI/CD and testing infrastructure, focusing on reliability and scalable pull request validation. Enhanced CI workflows by introducing Docker image cleanup and extending pre-merge checks to support additional GitHub event types, centralizing PR metadata handling for consistent gating. Developed a composite GitHub Action to expose PR details to downstream jobs, improving event handling and reproducibility. Added the hf_transfer library to test requirements, strengthening coverage for Hugging Face model workflows. Leveraged Python, JavaScript, and YAML to reduce CI flakiness, optimize resource usage, and accelerate feature delivery with improved quality assurance in the development process.
