During December 2025, Dirk Hsu developed a new TVL calculation module for Pleasing Gold within the DefiLlama-Adapters repository, expanding asset coverage and improving the accuracy of TVL reporting. Dirk approached the task by modeling on-chain metrics and integrating APIs to compute total value locked based on the PGOLD token supply. The implementation followed established adapter patterns and maintained clear documentation, ensuring maintainability and future extensibility. Dirk utilized TypeScript and JavaScript for backend development, collaborating through Git to maintain a transparent commit history. This work provided a stronger foundation for future asset integrations and enhanced data completeness for Pleasing Gold metrics.
