Worked on the pagopa/interop-be-monorepo repository to enhance the Catalog Service by introducing tenant caching and bulk tenant retrieval, focusing on improving performance and scalability. Refactored backend logic to support fetching multiple eservices simultaneously, reducing redundant API calls and lowering latency for tenant lookups. Implemented in-memory caching patterns using TypeScript, enabling faster retrieval of tenant information and preparing the system for increased load across eservices. The approach centered on API integration and backend development, with changes designed to streamline catalog operations and support future scalability. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature development and optimization.
