During February 2025, the developer upgraded the system-upgrade-controller in the alfi0812/test-cluster repository to version v0.15.0, focusing on improving the reliability and consistency of Kubernetes cluster upgrades. They updated the Helm release digest and container image, ensuring deployments always use the latest stable tooling. This work leveraged DevOps practices and deep familiarity with Helm and Kubernetes, using yaml to define and validate the deployment process. By aligning the upgrade workflow with current features and security fixes, the developer reduced operational risk and streamlined future maintenance.
