
During December 2025, Botamochi developed and delivered the Nani Homebrew Cask for the Homebrew/homebrew-cask repository, enabling streamlined installation of the AI-powered translation tool Nani on macOS. By leveraging Ruby and applying expertise in Homebrew Cask management and AI integration, Botamochi packaged Nani as a versioned cask, ensuring compliance with repository standards and facilitating one-command installation for users. This work reduced manual setup friction and improved onboarding by making Nani easily discoverable through Homebrew. The project demonstrated a focused engineering approach, with attention to distribution reliability and collaboration within the Homebrew ecosystem, though the scope was limited to a single feature.
