Worked on the bids-standard/bids-website repository, focusing on configuration management to address a critical deployment issue. Identified and fixed a misrouted reference in the apps.yml configuration file, updating the qsiprep tool’s GitHub organization from pennbbl/qsiprep to pennlinc/qsiprep. This YAML-based change ensured that all related tooling and continuous integration processes now point to the correct repository, reducing upstream risk and stabilizing deployments. The work required careful analysis of existing configuration management practices and precise editing of YAML files to align with the updated organizational structure, resulting in more reliable build and deployment workflows for the project.
