He identified and corrected an outdated GitHub organization reference in the apps.yml configuration file, ensuring that QSIPREP tooling now points to the correct pennlinc/qsiprep repository instead of the deprecated pennbbl/qsiprep. This YAML-based fix stabilized the website’s continuous integration and build processes by aligning them with the current organizational structure. While the work was limited to a single bug fix, it demonstrated careful attention to detail and a solid understanding of configuration management best practices.
