During July 2025, Bqbn enhanced the CI/CD Docker deployment pipeline for the mozilla/treeherder repository by enabling seamless integration with Google Cloud Artifact Registry. They refactored the existing build and deploy steps to support GAR, introducing new CircleCI orbs and commands for improved GCP integration. Their work included implementing conditional deployment logic to safeguard releases and updating the CircleCI base image to ensure greater tooling stability. Utilizing YAML for configuration and leveraging skills in Docker, CircleCI, and GCP, Bqbn delivered a focused, well-scoped feature that modernized the deployment workflow and improved the reliability of cloud-based image distribution.
