Worked on the openclaw/openclaw repository to deliver a targeted robustness fix for file path validation within read and write tools. Addressed a critical issue by ensuring the schema patch function consistently includes the required array, which prevents misconfiguration and improves tool reliability. The solution involved implementing precise validation logic so that the file_path alias is properly checked, reducing the risk of errors during API interactions. All changes were made using TypeScript and focused on backend and API development. The work enhanced maintainability and traceability, supporting long-term code quality and enabling faster resolution of future issues in the codebase.
