Worked on upgrading the NATS JetStream extension within the duckdb/community-extensions repository, focusing on enhancing metadata alignment and versioning accuracy. Delivered updates to the nats_js extension, first introducing JetStream enhancements in version 0.2.0, then refining versioning and repository references in 0.2.1 to improve traceability and integration readiness. Applied C++ development and SQL integration skills to ensure the extension’s metadata accurately reflected its capabilities and source, supporting reproducibility through a clear commit history. This work strengthened the reliability of the extension and facilitated smoother downstream integrations, demonstrating attention to detail in extension development and repository management practices.
