Worked on the chanzuckerberg/cryoet-data-portal-backend repository to stabilize and streamline the BYU annotation deposition workflow. Focused on consolidating deposition configurations into three new structures—FM, t2ss, and t4ss—while updating the MS ring configuration to match the revised approach. Finalized legacy depositions to prevent incompatible changes, reducing future configuration drift and maintenance overhead. Generated key photos to support downstream visualization and validation processes. The work relied on data configuration and data management skills, with YAML as the primary language for implementing changes. This effort delivered a more reliable and maintainable data deposition process for the CryoET data portal backend.
