During February 2026, contributed to the ToposInstitute/CatColab repository by implementing a scrollable sidebar navigation feature using CSS and front end development techniques. This enhancement addressed usability challenges when sidebar content exceeded the viewport, allowing users to efficiently access navigation items in data-rich workspaces. The solution focused on responsive design and accessibility, ensuring the sidebar remained functional across devices and for all users. Throughout the process, maintained clear commit messages and adhered to version control best practices. No major bugs were fixed during this period, but the work established a scalable foundation for future interface improvements within the project.
